Mission
The mission of our competition is to highlight the art of the Coloratura repertoire and singing style, raise the awareness and appreciation of this challenging technique not only to the singers but to audiences, and create unique performing opportunities for promising singers of all ages.
The Competition
1) There will be three rounds:
~Round 1- Preliminary video screening
~Round 2 - Semi-Final round
~Round 3 - Finalists Concert
2) Divisions:
- Student: ages 16-24
- Artist: ages 25+
- Virtual: ages 16+ (Competition will be one round only with a single prize of $500. Criteria is the same.)
Prizes
- First Prize Artist and Student division - $1500
- Encouragement Awards - $500
- Virtual division - $500
